OUR LAB

C.E.L.L. creates e-liquids that satisfy your customer's craving for great taste while maintaining the safety and quality standards recommended by industry experts.  Our state-of-the-art lab, located on the Mississipi Gulf Coast, is a "clean" lab and is staffed by highly skilled professionals who have been trained to follow our extensive procedures to ensure that your e-liquid is made right the first time, every time.  Our lab meets the strict guidelines set by industry experts and we will modify, as needed, to meet governmental regulations.

OUR PRODUCT

Our products are 100% American sourced.  Liquids include food grade flavorings, pharmaceutical grade nicotine, pharmaceutical grade Propylene Glycol and food grade kosher Vegetable Glycerin.  We offer 5 nicotine levels to meet the needs of every customer, plus we offer a no-nicotine base for those customers that wish to exclude it from their liquids.  We currently have developed 68 flavor recipes that can be combined for an unlimited flavor selection.  We will also create new flavors specifically for your business for absolute customization.

BRANDING

Our "House" brand is C.E.L.L. Premium e-Liquid, however, our lab is YOUR lab and, if you so choose, we will produce custom labels with your name and logo, recipes and flavor names exclusive to your business.
